1. 血燕是否是最补的? Is it true blood nests is most nutritionals?
  世上是没有血燕的,"穴燕" (洞燕)就有很多。若燕富有颜色,它肯定是人造色素或长期食用造成胆结实的岩石水。而且血干枯了之后是黑色或深褐色的。 Blood nest are none existence. Usually the colour founded on it are either dye additives or Limestone Ferro(iron) oxide. Long term consumption may caused kidney stone. After all when blood oxidized, usually in black or darked brown colour.
   
2. 燕窝是否煮或炖越久就越补呢? Is it true the longer time to cook the bird nest the higher the nutrients value will be?
  其实若谈营养,生吃是最好,其次是半生熟,久煮是最糟糕的。 Frankly, when comes to nutritional value. Raw eat is highest, second is semi cooked and the worst is over cooked it.
     
3. 什么时候食用燕窝是最恰当的? When is considered the best time to consume the bird nests?
  早晨或中午,因这段时间人体吸收力及动作是活耀的。 Breakfast or lunch. During this period of time, our body metabolism or assimilation was at the peak.
     
4. 燕窝是否养颜及补肺而已? Bird nest is good for complexion and nourishment of lungs only?
  "蛋白质" 是人体系统的灵魂。当我们补充它的时候,很自然的体系开始"操作正常",而并不是养颜及补肺而已。 "Protein"is the soul of our body system. Long term deficiency will retarded the function. When supply is adequate, the body system will start to function in "normal conditon".
   
5. 向来西方人对燕窝的观念只是蛋白质而已,并没有什么特别的利益存在? For centuries, the west claims that bird nests contains majority of protein, and nothing miraculous about it?
  这是他们的看法,在此我只可以长话短答,中国人吃燕窝已经是千多年历史,我们肯定不笨也不会乱吃东西。 Well, this is their knew. The fact is that consuming of bird nest has been thoundsand years chinese culture. One thing for sure chinese don't simply putting "rubbish" into their body system.
